They just canceled our project. The reason they provided was that they provided a price without coming on site to assess. They didn’t offer to come over to access the project, even though I specifically requested to have that step added to the pricing quote. Two months of searching for a roofing company offering good customer service, while getting approval from strata. I thought I found the right company. They had good reviews. I was wrong. Carrie and John were awesome in their prompt efforts to help us remediate a strata leak issue. John was very knowledgeable and experienced with our situation and steered me in the right direction in regards to dealing with responsibilities and communication. They know how to handle this leak!

I’m a local plumber and at times I need to hire a roofer to complete tasks. Citadel has been my top choice now for over a year. Always on time, reliable, polite and honest. Without hesitation I’ll refer this company to anyone who needs roofing services.

Plate ending in 5028 going down abby mission hwy today. Cutting ppl off. Cut me off in the middle of an intersection, didnt even look had to slam on breaks. Talking on his phone very obviously. Swerving all over the place and driving dangerously close to ppl in front of him. If they drive like that I would hate to see how they do work.
