At first everything was fine with the builders. Then the papers were signed to start the build and all communication was cut off. Couldn’t get anyone to return calls, return texts, nothing. Then when it came to closing they didn’t want to honor an agreement that was put in place in the beginning of construction. After calling a lawyer they finally followed the initial agreement.
