The space has an elegant, upscale feel that’s perfect for high-end occasions. The staff was super accommodating and knowledgeable, and I’d absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a top-tier venue in Houston.

I used Citadel Houston for our wedding back in November. The place itself is magnificent. However, the wedding planning services are lackluster. We had to go through 4-5 wedding planners, and each one never took notes as to what was promised and what was not. At the end, we had to spend an extra $3,200 on something we were promised earlier but they later reneged. When I asked them about it, their employee said "They don't care."
