Top venue in Houston, hands down!
I used Citadel Houston for our wedding back in November. The place itself is magnificent. However, the wedding planning services are lackluster. We had to go through 4-5 wedding planners, and each one never took notes as to what was promised and what was not. At the end, we had to spend an extra $3,200 on something we were promised earlier but they later reneged. When I asked them about it, their employee said "They don't care." My husband and I got married here in November. We were so excited, but it ended up being a nightmare! When you sign their contract, they let you know that your day of coordinator might change. No biggie, I thought. However, they have no internal system to share notes when your big day is passed down to someone else. We went through 5 different coordinators.
