These guys do not answer the phone, and will not answer emails either. Their pricing is pretty good, my wife and I have been trying to buy a home from them, but they will not contact us back despite dozens of attempts to reach them. I shouldn’t have to put in all this effort simply attempting to be a client. We’ve given up attempting to contact them, and I struggle to imagine what the buying process would be like with a company that can’t even answer my phone call or email when trying to buy.
Overall good, but improvements could be made. Our experience with Citadel Homes started off great. The selection, contract, and financial processes were straightforward and honest, with no pressure or upselling. We began construction on April 1st, with an estimated timeline of 3-5 months. Honest review: Our experience in the beginning of our Citadel Homes journey was top notch. Super friendly, helpful, and attentive. We cleared 2 acres of our 3 acre lot by hand and hired our own excavation guy for stump removal, lot prep, well, septic, and driveway. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Citadel homes since Sept 2023 in the pursuit of a new home. I am excited to say yesterday we closed, and I couldn't be happier. To say Brad, Eric, Kevin and Angela went above and beyond would be an understatement. As a first time home buyer this entire process was foreign and overwhelming to me.
