Horrible experience with citadel. Not happy at all with the team . The crews doing the work are BAD! Lots of issues taking forever for them to be fixed . Very poor company wish I didn’t use citadel to do my forever home .

These guys do not answer the phone, and will not answer emails either. Their pricing is pretty good, my wife and I have been trying to buy a home from them, but they will not contact us back despite dozens of attempts to reach them. I shouldn’t have to put in all this effort simply attempting to be a client. We’ve given up attempting to contact them, and I struggle to imagine what the buying process would be like with a company that can’t even answer my phone call or email when trying to buy.
