I would like to express how amazing the staff and optometrists are at Citadel! They have always treated us ( my whole family) with kindness and respect! They always go above and beyond for myself and my children’s needs! I cannot say enough good things about them! I called to see if they were accepting new patients, and was told yes and booked an appointment. When I arrived the lady at the desk said I didn't have an appointment and refused to believe that one had been booked a few weeks back. When I tried to explain that I had spoke to someone, and think it may have been her, she got very upset and said I was arguing with her and trying to tell her how to do her job.
