I called to see if they were accepting new patients, and was told yes and booked an appointment. When I arrived the lady at the desk said I didn't have an appointment and refused to believe that one had been booked a few weeks back. When I tried to explain that I had spoke to someone, and think it may have been her, she got very upset and said I was arguing with her and trying to tell her how to do her job. My first time going to this business..My optometrist Sara M was absolutely fantastic. . From reception to the young lady helping me pick out glasses my experience was great cause there was zero pressure to buy..I actually did buy because I found exactly what I wanted..So I'll certainly make the drive from sackville when I need my next pair ....Not to brag but my glasses look awesome on me..so thank you everyone involved
