I saw Dre. Celine Lebouthiller as my regular optometrist was too busy. She was absolutely amazing. Took the time to listen and explain everything! Highly recommend her.
Went to citadel in Dieppe for IPL treatments for my chronic dry eye and ended up with an allergy and damage to the surrounding skin. My eyes deteriorated with each treatment and ultimately had to stop before treatments were finished. Dr Chiasson refused to refer me to a specialist and so I had my family dr refer me to Dr Sekhavat (ophthalmologist) who diagnosed an allergy. This place cares the best experience Ive ever had. I had an eye infection which could seriously hurt my eyesight they saw me last minute got me in right away. Saved me from months of pain from experience. Always so welcoming thank you Joanne and Sara Martinez for the amazing help and comfort. Also I can see again so thank you 😀
I had a pair of glasses made there and later they did some work on them. In the process, they put scotch tape on the lenses which removed the coatings and ruined the glasses. You could see where the protective coatings were gone. They refused to fix or replace them. Don't go here. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes.
Great place overall, I 100% recommend it.
