We hired this company. Big mistake. Gavin came to our house. He seemed like a really nice guy soft spoken. As soon as the job was over he was out here collecting his money. We went with one shingles but he tired to charge us for the next shingles up, but luckily I caught that or he would of got over on us. Then I tried to pay him with a credit card then he says I can't take that they charge me, but didn't say anything prior to that. I hired Citadel Exteriors to replace my roof and gave them a deposit of half the total cost. Citadel told me they would perform the work on at least 3 different dates and never showed up. Eventually, they stopped returning my calls. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT PERFORM ANY WORK.
They are awesome. We plan every step on this project with me. They did a great job. I will use them again for future project in the near future. I love the outcome.
Citadel Exteriors did a wonder job installing new gutters and they look amazing. The crew was on time, cleaned up when finished, and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Citadel for any exterior home improvement needs. Great job!!
