Should be 0/5. Never use! Especially Nathan! Called on a Thursday and scheduled an emergency service for 8:30am the following day. At 9:40am I had to reach out and leave a VM only to get a call back saying they have no techs working today and they would not make it. Then to top it off. Nathan shows up with no warning after I already found someone else to get the work done hours ago. (Apparently there was still one issue outstanding.) Our electrician tracked down a broken neutral connection that was preventing several of our smoke detectors from working. He went above and beyond to find the problem and then ran a new wire through our attic to fix the problem. Well done!
