Lester Neri is the best! He is an absolute professional. My son and I met with him twice to discuss strategies for building credit and to secure a car loan. He was knowledgeable, patience, accommodating, and through. I accompanied my son to the Montgomery branch for moral support and after our experience with Lester I decided to switch my checking and saving accounts to Citadel. Every business needs an employee like Lester Neri.
Worst branch ever. They messed me up with Heloc and still effecting my life. Don’t believe whatever they tell you. And Manager doesn’t care. They opened checking account for my wife, didn’t even send the debit card and now try to charge money. I will report them again and will try hard this time.
