I don’t usually leave reviews but I have been overwhelmed dealing with this his bank . I had high hopes for this bank and I really can understand why this bank is barely at 3 stars. If you want inconvenience then this will be the right place to bank with . Online bank does not tell you what to look forward to until you realize why nothing has happened yet and then you’ve wasted your entire day to get no resolution. I wanted to cash a Citadel cashier's check and they were going to charge me $5.00. Very poor customer service! Never buy money orders there!
So slow. It should not take 40 minutes for a teller to do a bank deposit
