Like any Citadel branch, the staff is always friendly and professional. I was in the Springfield area so I stopped in about an issue. Kudos to Michael for helping me with my issue and resolution.

At the age of 62, I needed to speak with a financial consultant about plans for retirement. Robert Elwell at Citadel is *very* knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to my needs and come up with a plan, and then patiently answered all my questions. Also, his friendly nature made him an absolute pleasure to work with. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could :)
