I have been to the branch on Sproul Road a couple of times for general questions and service for my accounts. Everyone has been tremendously helpful and friendly each time. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone who is considering it.
I've had an account with Citadel Bank for over 30 years. I recently received a check that was declined for administrative issues on the account of the person who wrote the check. This was the first time I have ever had an issue like this. The issue was corrected but my account continued to have a 12 day hold on deposited checks. I asked to speak with manager but the manager declined to come out of the office.
