Purchased the Letrigo Minivan SE from Cit-e Cycles. Doug is very knowledgeable, provided great customer service and was very patient with my purchase process. Answered all my questions with honesty and allowed me to test drive the bike prior to purchase. We had our old bike serviced there in the past and they’ve have always treated us great. Happy the purchase process was as excellent as the bike service process.

We go out Tern Quick-Haul from Cit-E earlier this year, it was a great experience! Doug was super knowledgeable and helpful exploring the options. The shop has been great for service since our purchase, including helping us get additional accessories for our kid to ride in the back.
I Have been there twice and each time, I have had the best experinece there, specially with the help of Doug. He is absolutely a gem. He shared a ton of useful information with us and his honest opinions about different models. He is super friendly and does his best to provide the best advice. Cit-E Cycle is the go to place for purchase of e-bikes as there are lots of models and diverisity to choose from. Highly recommended.
