I did a test ride for one of the Riese and Muller Cargo bikes out at the Langley location but was referred to Doug here at the Vancouver location for answering questions and ordering. Doug walked me through the different drive train options before I ordered and was always available to answer my questions through the process. Great experience so far, and will be bringing my bike into this location for maintenance when the time comes.

Had a great experience here. Doug was incredibly helpful and encouraged me to try various bikes after I described what I was looking for. No pressure sales, just honest appraisals of each bike. I settled on a Cube 500 and couldn't be happier.
We've been looking for an electric bike for a year and (after shopping around) have returned to Cit-E Cycles to purchase our family bike. Really pleased with our experience and walked out with an amazing bike that suits our needs. Couldn't be happier & would recommend!
