Purchased an Aventon Level 3 commuter ebike after a few store visits and a test ride; so far enjoying the bike very much and no issues after over 350km. Doug is knowledgeable and candid in his approach, provides realistic expectations, and does not try to pressure or upsell. I highly recommend checking out this location!

He is extremely knowledgeable about bikes; taking various models for test rides was simple and enjoyable; and the team worked hard at a busy time, to assemble my new bike quickly.
