Purchased an Aventon Abound LR Cargo bike. I was able to test the bike before pre-ordering it, even though this model wasn't available when I walked into the shop. The staff were friendly, answered my questions professionally, and gave me a realistic deadline for the delivery. I had a great experience.

Doug at Cit-E Cycles was fantastic. He's very knowledgeable and no bullshit, which I appreciate nowadays. I'd highly recommend this shop for all your e-bike needs!
Bought a Bulls e-bike from here last month with the guidance of Doug. He was incredibly knowledgeable and got me exactly what I was looking for! Took it home, rode it for a couple of weeks and noticed that the derailer was slightly misaligned, was making some noise. Took it in for a free adjustment and now everything shifts perfectly and it's whisper quiet! Looking for an e-bike? Get it from these guys!
