Great service and advise! We were looking for an e-bike to transport both of our kids. Doug shared with us a lot of useful details (plus irrelevant fun facts ) and helped us make the best decision. We bought an Aventon which we're very happy with so far. It's a great deal for the quality you get.

Excellent customer support and excellent pricing. Doug was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend making this one of your stops if you're shopping around. I looked on many sites around the lower mainland and you can't really beat what is on offer here. The staff also helps make the shopping experience fun and stress free.

I called about getting a Pedego bike serviced by Cit-E, the pedal assist wasn't working correctly. It was purchased through a franchisee no longer in business. I was told by the company that only bikes purchased through Cit-E could be serviced. A call to Pedego corporate indicated that was against corporate policy. After some diagnosis over the phone with Pedego, they sent a new pedal-assist sensor free of charge. I pulled the crank and fixed it myself.
