Extremely happy with my new ebike from Doug at cit-e-cycle. I had been researching a different bike and took that one for a test ride, Doug recommended I try the Cube Kathmandu, it was the bike for me. One week later (and 4 rides in) it still feels like the perfect bike. Doug was very knowledgeable, even in a busy shop he managed to answer the many questions I had.
I have had my Aventon ebike for a week now and could not be happier with the purchase. I have started commuting to work on it and it makes the 15km easy and enjoyable. Doug was very knowledgeable and talked me through several options. I also pickup a few accessories which they installed. Thank you to the crew at Cit-E Cycles.

Purchased the Letrigo Minivan SE from Cit-e Cycles. Doug is very knowledgeable, provided great customer service and was very patient with my purchase process. Answered all my questions with honesty and allowed me to test drive the bike prior to purchase. We had our old bike serviced there in the past and they’ve have always treated us great. Happy the purchase process was as excellent as the bike service process.
