I had a very frustrating and completely unprofessional experience at this store today. This morning, I placed an online order for a bike for in-store pickup. When I arrived in the afternoon to collect my e-bike, the staff simply told me I had to pay for the bike in person. Because I had already paid for it online, I hadn't brought my physical credit card with me. Unbelievably, the staff actually suggested I go all the way home to get my card and come back to the store!
