Their customer service was absolutely appalling! We went in today to talk to them about a good bike lock for e-Bikes and they basically just pointed us to the wall of locks. We asked some questions and the guy seemed put out that he had to get up from behind the computer at his desk. There was nobody else in the store! We did buy a $200 lock from them and asked to borrow a tool to attach it to our bikes, which he did provide, and he started with the tool on the bike, so my wife asked if he was going to install it for us, and... read more
