I looked up e scooter repair in Langley.This business came up.I called he very rudely told me I could ask whatever question I wanted , but he wouldn't be able to help me because they do not sell e scooters. The gentleman who answer. Very short with me very rude.I wouldn't buy a bicycle from here.If it was the last place on earth.

My wife and I came to Cit-E Cycles Electric Bikes Langley on the recommendation of our friends. Soon after taking with Danny at the store we felt comfortable enough to purchase some E-bikes of our own. They are easy to deal with and can answer any questions you may have. We had several. I would Recommend this store to anyone looking for an E bike as they have several different brands and can answer questions on any of them.
I bought a few e-bikes from this store about three years ago for myself, one for my wife, and another for my mother-in-law. The Asian gentleman who used to work as a mechanic at the store and managed the warehouse provided outstanding service and honest advice. Thanks to his recommendations and support, we've put over 22,000 km on our bikes. He always took the time to explain things clearly and genuinely cared about helping customers. We live in Alberta. We purchased an electric cargo bike and had it shipped to Calgary. We found the service, care and concern at this bike shop to be sub par. We hope we were an anomaly. Because the care and concern to ship the bike with minimal! It was an expensive bike and little or no real service was extended to us!
