Needed a new rear tire for my ebike which I bought from them. My ebike needs 26 x 4. They installed a new rear tire. The issue is that this new tire seems to be much wider than my original tire even though it is the same size of 26 x 4. Since the tire is wider, it is actually touching the bike frame, making it unsafe and noisy to ride. They reply to my complaint saying we gave you a 26 x 4 tire that you needed. I have attached the photo of their job, I will let you be the judge.
