Today, I blew a tire coming across the Golden Ears. Instead of me messing around changing the tube in the parking lot, I walked in and Danie paused what he was working on, and had me back on the road in minutes. He also did a survey of the tire, recommended that I should replace the tire as he was showing the worn areas. Thank you for getting me back on the road, so I could get back to Maple Ridge.

I hadn't purchased a bicycle for many years. My wife had purchased her e-bike from Jason and suggested I go see him now that I was in the market for a bike to enjoy during retirement. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the products in his store and wanted to ensure I was considering a bike properly sized for me. He did not try to "over-sell" me; in fact, he was very upfront and honest in explaining the capabilities of the various attributes of an e-bike. I would certainly recommend Jason and Cit-E.
Purchased a tandem Moustache Samedi 27 x2. Jason provided excellent service, explained the bike to me and helped me load the bike to my truck. Highly recommend.
