Co- worker un lived over the toxic work enviroment. RIP Reed! Miserable working environment, retailiation, and harrassment. No work instructions, welds just thrown together, looks like a toddler did it. Humiliating enviroment.
I've been in the business for many years and I've never seen such beautiful welds. Kinda brings a tear to my eye.
