I've been in the business for many years and I've never seen such beautiful welds. Kinda brings a tear to my eye.
Working comitting iver the toxic work enviroment. They find out and you are fired. Miserable working environment, retailiation, and harrassment. No work instructions, welds just thrown together, looks like a toddler did it. Humiliating enviroment.
