Brittan will make a bunch of promises and you will spend more time and money chasing down payment than you made in the first place. We are in the process of filing a mechanic's lien for nonpayment because he hasn't even bothered to return calls or emails. We had to get the developer involved. What a disgraceful to do business this way.

Floor looks great, installers efficient and polite. But they left all the empty boxes and bags in my yard. Not professional, also left a box full of left over pieces in my bedroom that was too heavy for me to move.
I had to help a friend that lives out of state do some remodeling on her mother's home in Ruston. I could not have asked for any better service and the work was done in basically one day! Super pleased!
