I have been going to Cisney for years and never had any issues....their friendly staff are always there to answer my questions in a nice friendly and professional manner...no matter how many questions I have. I will continue doing business with them.
Everyone at Cisney and O’Donnell has been great to work with. We are new pools owners and they are extremely patient and kind in helping learn. Our pool is gorgeous and we could not be more grateful.
Cisney and O’Donnell put in our pool in 2014. Great customer service, everything was done on time, and Sandy from the pool store continues to be helpful in keeping our pool clean and clear.
Still waiting for a resolution on a very expensive, terrible job. This company does not stand behind their work! We tried to contact them several times, no reply!
Amazing craftsmanship !!!! We invested our vacation money on a vacation at home !!!!! Still enjoying friends and family over around our amazing pool 10 years and counting !!!!!! Thank you Cisney and O'Donnell !!!! Our pool still looks amazing !
