I'm going to start this review off by saying Jonathan is an outstanding insurance agent I have been with this company for over a decade. all of the staff members are great but there is a standout and her name is Jackie I highly recommend this branch of American family and if you have the ability to set an appointment I would do so with Jackie or Jonathan. I have been so busy lately that I had forgotten to pay my daughter's life insurance policy and thankfully there is a 30-day grace period but even better was the fact Jackie... read more
Karla was very helpful and took her time to explain and clarify all of my questions to make sure I have adequate coverage for my needs.
Very helpful and responsive folks. My family's policies aren't the cheapest possible to get minimum necessary insurance, but they are a good rate for what's included (good coverage limits, earthquake damage, rental cars, driving in Canada, etc).
Marcela was very patient and helpful and gave me all the information that I needed to make informed decisions. I appreciate that there was no pressure to choose certain coverages and that she worked hard to get me all the discounts I can have.
