Honestly, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with title companies. I've had several personal and client deals close through Cislo, never any issues.

PSA- For anyone planning on purchasing a house or selling a house NEVER go through Cislo Title Company They endorsed a problem for a property we are trying to sell back in 1996! It has switched hands 2-3 times (still insured by them) before we came in possession of it. Instead of finding a way to correct the problem they created they are trying to find the people who owned the house in 1996. I’m absolutely disgusted with the way Cislo Title Company does work! I closed at this office, but the paper work was done at another office. I believe they made a mistake on my closing costs, that cost me more money than I should have paid. I didn't notice it until after the closing, and was told to call back if I had any questions, I did (3 offices), and no one called me back. Customer service stinks! The lady at the Harbor Springs office said she had been doing this for 30 years, but she couldn't figure out how to do some simple math. Stay away from Csilo.
