The front desk, medical assistant, nurse practitioner and Dr. Cisek were all very professional and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed and could get all my questions answered. I left the office with confidence in the plan of care and felt very reassured. Also, the employees in the downtown medical center office were so helpful and friendly. I wasn’t expecting it. Three separate employees asked if they could help us with anything. Great to know we can find great HEALTHcare out there these days!
