I am not sure how this company got such good reviews. I fired them. Francisco Medina/Cisco said a previous leak caused my downstairs damage. We hired an independent plummer to check for leaks...NO PREVIOUS LEAKS THAT CAUSED THE DOWNSTAIRS DAMAGE!!! Thanks to these incompetent people my insurance won't pay to fix the downstairs, only the upstairs. The plummer said all the damage was caused by the broken pipe upstairs.
