Because reviews aren't given by only your customers that buy something from you. I was at your place of business, doing business, and you are not a good person.

Called with a repair question on a very old Bostich air nailer. Whoever I talked to was very courteous, knowledgeable, great listener, and honest. Explained their repair charges and suggested I may be dollars ahead just buying a new unit from them or a number of other retailers. What great and honest customer service.

Went to have a screw removed from my skill saw. Was told it would take a few days to repair it. I went to go get it back after 2 weeks and it wasn't repaired. Guy said he couldn't get the repair screw to fix it. Got it back in worse condition than what it was. They cut my blade guard, cut the screw out, and cut the blade holder. Now it's not repairable so I have buy a new saw. I should have got the hint when I took it in and the front desk lady called the guy from her cell phone to ask him what she should tell me.

They took care of my Milwaukee framing gun and got it fixed under the warranty for me. No money out of pocket.
