Cisca was an amazing attorney. Before taking my case she took the time to understand the specifics of my judgment and the facts, then she under promised & over delivered! My ex was attempting to take me to court to end spousal support. Cisca knows family law inside & out. BEWARE!!! How this woman sleeps at night defending men that cheat the system and refuse to pay for the children is beyond me!!! She wrote up a judgement making me remove my ex from my credit cards (which is valid, not disputing that) but FAILED having my ex remove me from his car loan, a car that was clearly awarded to him in the divorce decree, a car thats equity was paid out to me in the divorce decree, BUT failed to state in the divorce decree a transfer of financial responsibility to my ex. Hired this attorney, and I got noting but bills and wate of time. Instead of standing on my side, she did totally the opposite. Never trusted her to be working for me, bad attitude, incompetnce, no production stay away from this attorney, save your money, my new attorney's fee was 50% less. I will complain to the state bar.
Ms. Stellhorn came highly recommended to me by another attorney to handle what proved to be a very difficult divorce with lots of intricate business issues. She handled the case expertly in the face of unreasonable opposition to a successful exclusion. Her firm billed very accurately and fairly. I received great value which I needed at a difficult time.
