I have worked at Cirtronics for 5 years starting as a summer intern when I was in college. The company really pays attention to your strengths and will put you in positions that highlight your talents. I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and felt very supported and encouraged by my co-workers. I have worked both on the floor and with the Marketing department and felt my experience had been positive in both environments.

The culture is fake and I agree with the post below , Definitely don't believe and let them take advantage of you by letting them pay you poorly in lieu of profit sharing... I left year last year for this reason and because I got sick of the Female manager No names mentioned. She's a bully and hates it when you point it out. Yes I'm talking to you.
Not a place I'd recommend to work because it's contract manufacturing. Work flow is really unstable. This Company has had Layoffs , Pay is also Extremely poor with raises happening every 2 to 3 years. with The mentality being "Rules for you Not for Me".
