We had a wonderful experience dealing with Justin, Anik and Eric and the guys that came for the installation of our heat pump. They answered all of our questions, didn’t leave a mess behind, and came very quickly when we had some issues with the thermostat later on. They really did a terrific and thorough job in our old house. We’re so happy we went with Cirtech instead of one of the big department stores!
The evaluator and technicians were very courteous and professional. I enjoyed watching them do their job and they answered questions satisfactorily. Excellent updates from the coordinator at their office. Great job guys.

Outstanding service given by Justin and Eric from Cirtech. Annic is amazing with her work as well. She is polite, courteous, emphathetic, kind and down to earth. She is indeed a fun person to talk too. She follows up by message and email. She paitently listens to your problems and is attentive to detail.
