I left a deposit for my AC on September 9, 2024 and was told that it was on backorder and it should arrive in a couple of months. unfortunately there was an incident with something that went missing from my daughter’s car and I called immediately and thought we’d settled the matter. Today after calling them last week because they’re unit wasn’t working and waiting a week for them to show up this morning. I just got a call 20 minutes after their promised arrival time and they said that we’d have to get another company to fix the unit that they sold me. UPDATE: The owner contacted me and explained what happened - I really appreciate him reaching out. I understand that they had only one person available. Still, I called twice and left a web contact message once, each time I was told "someone will get back to you shortly".
