I ordered a part online and received the incorrect part. I called told someone would return my call. Not!!! So I called again, told I would get part and a return envelope. Nope! Then called again, told it would go out the next morning. Well I got an envelope without the part so I called again. Told I needed to return the other part before I get the new one. Has been over a month since my original order. Sending it back, will see if I ever get the part I ordered. I will reporting them to the BBB.
I will not do business with this company again. I purchased 2 steering dampeners for my Scag Turf Tiger commercial mower. Both dampeners connector end pieces broke from normal use and one did not have an adequate gas cell charge from the manufacturer to begin with which caused the mower to have jerky steering. It was not much better than the old worn out unit I was trying to replace. I have tried twice to contact this company to find out what they would do for me and they will not return my e-mails.
