Great building
This building is plagued with issues. Thank goodness I am only renting in here. The hallways are tacky, noisy and unkempt. Management has to send out constant reminders for basic things because they have no control over residents. Management is slow to respond to issues that should never even arise. Door staff does not provide any real level of service or assistance. Developer has reduced prices and even then I would never consider purchasing in this building. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
