Sucks !!! They don’t let you make payment extensions but are high as hell i do not recommend
If zero stars was an option, that would be my choice. Terrible customer service. All I wanted to know was when I would receive my energy billing, which is normally due around the 10th each month. (Today is the 8th) I have not received a bill, so I reached out to ask when it would be available. I was given the runaround, first telling me that it normally would be sent around the same time each month. Very very BAD electric company. Do not join Cirro Energy ever you will weep. I switched over to Cirro a week back selected their 9.9c pkwh plan at Compare Power. Without any intimation Cirro Energy changed rates to 15.90c pkwh. Cirro Cheat with impunity without any fear of Law. Never join ever.
I switched from txu years ago ($350) and my electricity bill is on average under $100. Awesome company to use.
