The worst Light Company Ever!! I payed a deposite online and they were not able to connect my lights. so i ask for a refund! and they Said they were going to sent it back but in a check for 21 days what kind of light company is this Just like i paid with my credit card i wanted my refund back on my card. so in stead the sent a check Dont Fall For This Light Company
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The amount of ridiculous service charges they will place on your bill is OUTRAGEOUS! Approximately $15.00 if you are one second past the due date with your payment, then another $30.00 to mail you a disconnect notice. You think you are getting a great deal on the rates, but they find a way to stick it to you anyways. I know the cost of mailing a printed piece of paper in an envelope is NOT $30.00. I WILL FIND A WAY TO GET AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR SHADY PRACTICES.
Worst company they don’t really care about their clients. Rather pay more with a different electric company than going we Cairo. Run away from this company
