I have been with this company for over 12 years and they don’t not want to assist their customers. They give you incorrect information. They have poor policies and will not allow you to speak to upper management.
You loss your right to use you debit or credit card after use lost yours and setup new one Cirro will not let you pay with new cared for 4 month therefore you have to pay by check or store pay you bill. Can not recommend Cirro after being with them for 6 yrs and never late with payment.
Affordable
Horrible customer service ! Very difficult to get anything accomplished and always requires a callback within 24 to 48 hours (lucky if that callback ever happens). As a new business customer to Cirro I made the first payment using a draft and tried to setup auto pay. I used the wrong routing number for my bank (honest mistake because it was a 2 new businesses and new banks we had just started using) , so the payment wasn’t processed and Cirro said it was returned. La señorita que me atendió en cirro energy fue muy grosera y me estaba obligando a que dijera si a todo cuando yo solo estaba pidiendo información y me trató bien feo y eso es no debe permitir una compañía si te tratan asi de entrada imagínate ya haciendo contrato seria pésimo
