These Guys are Crooks!!! I overpaid my electric bill on March 20th (Accidently by$540.77) after beeing with them over 6 years... They DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! They charged me for a guard light after a tornado tore it down and it was completely off. They charged 150 a month when zero kilowatts were used, they are saying it has to be paid anyways.
Good luck ever cancelling service. I have a commercial account with 3 meters. I inherited a meter from the previous owner that was never used. I called Cirro 3 times trying to cancel service but once I was hung up on, and each time after that I was bounced around multiple times even though I correctly answered the phone tree that this was a commercial account (someone said they were in residential and would have to transfer me), I was then transferred to enrollment....they told me they can't cancel accounts. Very unethical!
