I wish they had 0 stars. I've been with this company for about 3 years. Never had to ask for an extension. Was happily paying my bill each month, until I got a contract renewal email where my rates increased. It’s Texas - so I switched to a company with better rates instead of renewing. They tried to charge me a $270 early termination fee because of a small discrepancy in the switch over date and my contract end date…. I had zero intentions to switch or anything until they sent the contract renewal email. The email mentioned nothing about it being an early renewal.
