They are so bad. Every billing cycle has different days. Last month they took 28 days and I am 2 KWH away from my $125 credits. Won’t be with them anymore. Update: Called customer service. They can't do anything. Aweful company
I have been with this company for over 12 years and they don’t not want to assist their customers. They give you incorrect information. They have poor policies and will not allow you to speak to upper management.
