Update: centerpoint confirmed, again, that a credit should be issued and Cirro refuses. Also spare me the lame customer service response. They do that for others to see and make it look like they care, then do zero to actually get to the bottom of the issue. I would recommend anyone else over Cirro. I do not ever recommend this company. They will overcharge you, admit to it and still not issue a refund or credit. One of the worst energy companies out there and that is saying something! 0 stars if possible.

This is the worst company EVER! I have experienced a hardship and called the company to ask for an extension. They will not help you until the date on the disconnection notice. However, when called on the date of disconnection no matter what your circumstances is you are required to pay a partial payment in order to have it extended. The representative was very nice and respectful and he was only doing his job. I have been making partial payments towards my late bill. Just want let cirro energy management for keeping their promise for a 50.00 dollar discount. Credit was added to my account immediately. Thankyou very much. Other than that very dependable service at a good price. I remember during the terrible winter storm when most of texas Electricity was shut down for days .I had Electricity throughout he storm except for a few times it went out but it removed really quick. Thankyou cirro for keeping me safe through trying times. I will be with cirro as long as they are available.

I requested an extension through chat, was given a date and amount, and paid as instructed. Despite following these directions, my service was disconnected. When I called, a supervisor claimed the extension was not honored because I “didn’t confirm,” even though I was never told additional steps were required. I fulfilled my obligation by paying the agreed amount. Disconnecting my service afterward and demanding more money is unacceptable and reflects poor customer service.
