My daughter’s bill was only 3 weeks late and they shut off her power ???
This may be the last straw i just got off the phone with customer service i explained to the rep that they have not been sending a disconnection notice i also explain to her that the automated nor does the paper bill say it as well she even confirm that my account did not reflect to top it all off the bill now sits at 173.00 with the lights being cut off on back to back months because i never truly know what is owed to top it all off the bill is never the same mind you the first year it always was depending on time of year t... read more
I do not ever recommend this company. They will overcharge you, admit to it and still not issue a refund or credit. One of the worst energy companies out there and that is saying something! 0 stars if possible.
Jennifer was patient and kind. Showed a willingness to assist me during my call and showed empathy for my situation. I appreciate her. That was the first time in a long time that I had experienced anything good behind the way that they do things here, usually I end up in disappointment with no other options but to find a way to pay without a way to pay.
