I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to make this comment … but it really is zero star’s from me. Please run don’t walk and get away from this company . They nickel and dime you on everything . You have to pay for a text, pay for an email, pay for a letter. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you have other energy company options please go with them and save yourselves the headache. I’m currently looking for another company . I could care less about the early termination fee. That’s just how terrible... read more
Thumbs Down. I signed up for a plan, 10 days into it, saw they offered a better rate one. It said when signing up I could switch to any other plan within 30 days without penalty. After 32 emails, which seemed like I got a new person every 4 emails, they did not help me in attaining a better rated plan. I canceled and move on to a more simple company to work with.
Very easy and fast. The customer service agent was very nice and informative and I would do it again if I had a problem. He explained it very easy for my to understand. And my problem was solve the first time.
