Cancelled service and I guess it made them upset. I have been told that they only called me today, however, they’ve been calling since I cancelled service. WORST ELECTRIC PROVIDER and that is saying a lot compared to CPS ENERGY. They call you non stop during work hours to sign you up knowing you do not have time to sit there and go through everything thoroughly. When you call back to advise the plan they signed you up for is not feasible and you would never meet the kWh they set you up with. They turn around and tell you that it’s “the perfect plan, because if you come even close to the usage you can get a bill credit”. Zero stars was not available. I strongly recommend avoiding Cirro Energy. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of clear communication and genuine customer support only made the situation worse. When customers have billing or service concerns, they deserve honest explanations and reasonable solutions—not confusion, repeated runaround, and additional stress. Based on how my issue was handled, I would not choose Cirro Energy again or recommend them to anyone.
Think every time I called I wanted a payment arrangement, was trying to get a complete understanding of my high light bill... Horrible Customer Service
