DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT ALLOW EXTENSIONS IF YOU'VE BEEN LATE. EVEN IF YOU'RE LATE, BUT PAY IN FULL. Companies like these give you very little faith in companies ability to have empathy etc. Their little messages under these reviews is for appearance purposes, but it will lead to the same bullshit. A big fat NOTHING.
I recvd a 700. Bill for the third month in a row because of a faulty compressor the landlord refuses to replace or repair. I recvd a disconnect notice and immediately called in and was informed I would have a 9 day extension to pay but the next day recvd a email that reflect the original disconnect date so I called again and was informed even after the supervisor listened to call from yesterday that today its changed and I can only do an extension with a third of the bill paid yall refused to honor your agreement from just 1... read more
