I took a beginner aerial silks class today!! It was so fun! 😊 I have absolute zero experience with any aerial exercises. This class was challenging enough to be interesting but not so challenging that it was too hard. The instructor was very kind and even took a video of me. I totally recommend this class to anyone who's a beginner and wants to try something new! I would love to come back.
Cirque de Vol is amazing! Fantastic teachers, classes, and studio. I highly recommend it for anyone curious about aerial arts or interested in trying a new way to work out!

This class was amazing for first timers. The instructor Natalyra Sparks is amazing and very supportive. The first class is free. I really recommend.
Tried their beginner course that, overall, was a great experience, thanks to Natalia. She is such a natural at teaching and made the learning process enjoyable. Under her instruction, we managed to learn six skills, which was impressive and honestly left you wanting to sign up for another class. However, my time with Lindsey Bowen was a bit disappointing.
