Tried out the aerial yoga class and it was a blast! Gabby was a great instructor!
Might be good for young kids or someone who just wants to experience aerial but the advanced instructors have all gone to teach elsewhere. The open gyms have gone too. There's other studios in the triangle that offer better classes and value
Would love to love this place but the classes are so expensive that I can’t justify going regularly :( I get rent downtown is expensive but the price is keeping me from going which just bums me out
My kids love it here! Everyone is so friendly.
