While visiting Miami, I signed up for private classes with Yulia. My goal was to improve my flexibility/split, and learn basics of handstands. Omg! I’m absolutely amazed by the results I was able to achieve in just 3 weeks! Under Yulia’s guidance, I felt super comfortable doing bridges, splits, and handstands. Trust me, it can be scary at first, but Yulia’s instructions and great attitude really helped me to believe in myself and achieve all those things. I highly recommend this studio to anyone! My daughter has been attending gymnastics classes for less than a year, and she absolutely loves it! I've seen her grow so much in confidence, and as a parent, I couldn't be happier with her progress. The coaches are amazing—extremely knowledgeable and patient. They truly understand that every child learns at their own pace, and they create such a supportive and encouraging environment.
My daughter has been here for three years and loves it! Her skills have improved and she is super strong and flexible. Highly recommended! My daughter is 10 and loves the friendships she has made here and her teachers.
What a great spot! Tried the flexibility class and inversion class. Really like the intimate environment. Byamba is so knowledgeable and hands-on. Julia, her assistant is wonderful. People are welcoming. The corrections and adjustments are instrumental and I look forward to improving my physical strength and learning some beautiful new poses Thank you!
