Amazing place!
I did ‘Engine’ class last week. The coach was attentive and corrected us to do the exercises with good form to make the work effective all throughout. I liked how each station is properly marked and exercises are shown on the screens which makes easy to follow. Good to see equipment different from other studios and that the rooms are not dark. Very nice design (changing rooms and showers are great!)
