Always delayed delivery. No one answers their landline here in the Philippines! When at last the delivery is here, they deliver without notice in which you will miss delivery and will have to reschedule and wait again!
Still no package and no update either on when to expect it. They keep posting its fast but reality it is not.
Why you cirera always like that?! No one answering your landline and even your Celfone! Very incompetent local staff !!! From scale of 1 to 10 i"ll give you a big 0......
My four boxes arrived on time. I will definitely recommend cirera express to my friends. Low rates and safe transaction. I am supper satisfied. Thank you cirera for making me and my family in the Philippines happy:-)
