We took our Girl Scout troop to Circus Complex and they had a wonderful time trying out the aerial silks and Lyra rings! Wonderful instructor and it was a great supportive environment to learn a new challenging skill!
This is my new circus family, I joined after my gym shut down and I couldn't be more impressed. And the best to me is Gina DeFreitas who I have followed from another interim gym as my aerial instructor. I am late 30s, work a ton but have a passion for silks and Gina can do, well, literally everything and tailor to your needs. She is professionally trained, encouraging, supportive, and everything I needed to make me meet my goals for silks (Have fun! Be stronger! Do drops!)
