Dr Ono and his team did a wonderful job! They answered all of our questions, provided us with peace of mind and made us feel very comfortable! The procedure was seamless and very quick. The aftercare instructions were clearly communicated to us and we were also provided with Dr Ono’s contact number should we need him anytime day or night. Our son’s recovery went very smoothly with no issues. We would highly recommend Dr Ono and his team to anyone looking at circumcision for their son.
We could not be happier with the service received from Dr Ono and staff. Everyone we spoke or had dealings with were extremely supportive and professional which was extremely important to us as first time boy parents. We were informed every step of the way as to what was happening with our son. Dr Ono did an amazing job at circumcising my son. The whole team was lovely and made us feel very comfortable and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had. The whole process was very seamless and the aftercare steps were easy to follow. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
Honestly, i was nervous about our decision. Being a first time mum i was so worried about every little thing. But Dr Ono and the nurses at the clinic were nothing short of amazing. Highly recomend Dr Ono! The whole procedure was done informative and effectively our son was not phased at any point. The before and after care was great and put our minds at ease having it done. The nurse's we had were great aswell.
