Just good people. I went in after I saw their add on craigslist and talked with the owner and his wife for quite a while. They took their time with me and answered all my questions. I ended up buying a VIZIO TV with them, and I love it. He even got me a special order wall mount because I wanted it to come off the wall, and it got here within a couple days and he walked me through everything. Took a 42" Insignia Flat TV to them the beginning of this year (2014) to have the power supply repaired, have been trying to get that television back from them since after this Summer. Have left numerous messages, phone calls, and have even gone to their shop in Garden City, which was locked up during the middle of the day, and neighbors didn't even know where they were or why they were not open. took myself in to buy a tv, it was simple, prices are obvious and the owner was knowledgeable on all subjects that i had questions on. tv still works and its been 2 years they offer warranties which makes me happy and i knew he was giving me the best deal he could. I was very pleased with this place.
