Brought a car in January and have been advised by DVLA the car was exported out of the uk and not re registered again once arrived back in uk, I'm unable to get a new owner log book due to this! Have rung this guy several times and he's hung up on me and now blocked my number, surely as a dealer he would rather try to rectify this problem with DVLA? Picked up my new car today and we are super happy with our purchase! Our old car failed its MOT and needed to get a new one pretty quickly, this was the first time we've bought a car ourselves so I was finding the whole process stressful but Kevin made everything so easy!
