Discovered Circuit 77 Fitness at a Couch to 5K class Denise taught. Since then, I’ve been attending classes of various flavors, including cycle, strength, and stretch. Facility is clean, cozy, friendly and a offers a completely judgement-free zone. Equipment is top-notch and modern. Denise is a fantastic coach and is helping me to whip this dad bod into shape!
Great neighborhood spot. Love the cycle and boot camp class..great for all fitness levels. Clean and well maintained.
