Last night's Week 1 of Intro to Aerial Yoga was so great. I absolutely loved Lisa's style, and the way she communicated and engaged us. I am burning the candle at both ends at the moment (I call this 'work hard') and was looking for some targeting relaxing (affectionately called 'relax hard') to balance this. Last night was so great... for the first time in a long time, I slept all the way through the night! Thank you and see you next week.

I've started Aerial Arts at CircStudios and have been so delighted by every aspect - the team are so welcoming, the facilities are great, there is such an enlivening energy to the space. I have an auditory processing disorder, and have had no trouble following the very clear instructions, and the coaches are proactive in making sure everyone understands, and offer support as needed. Highly recommend CircStuidos!
