This facility is the worse. The staff members never answer the phone, do not return calls or emails. Have inadvertently removes parental contact from my nephew since he turned 18 while in their facility the staff has decided we no longer need to know what's going on. Check ins have ceased! This is extremely difficult when the family is in another state and must make arrangements to visit in advance yet, they NEVER answer the phone!
So far my son's been there one day and already jumped by 3 other youth. I'm scared for my child. I can only hope he makes it out ok in the next 90 days!!!! As for staff I'm not saying they're bad people. My son was taken to the hospital and given sutures. And they moved the boys that jumped my son to another unit. My heart is broken that this has happened.
I had such an amazing time at Circleville, the High School Graduation was beautiful and the reception afterwards was very nice! We felt welcomed and our loved one at Circleville was so happy to have family support and the opportunity to spend time with us to laugh and cry and have a meal together! A very memorable time! Thank you Circleville 💜
