It was our first time dining here since they reopened and you can really see the huge difference in the service, quality, and experience. They open the lunch buffet at 12nn so everyone goes in at the same time, so expect long lines in the different stations. Some of the dishes don’t get refilled when it’s done like the sushi, smoked salmon, dimsum, and desserts. We don't pay good money for such an embarrassment. We booked our baptism reception at Circles Event Café in Makati Shangri-La about a month prior to the event and paid the required deposit. We planned this milestone event meticulously and carefully, down to the very last detail, only for the venue's terrible service to completely ruin it.
