Totally screwed me over with interest rate. When I applied my credit score was over 700 and they told me i would have a low interest rate but after all said and done my first payment showed 29% i have been making payments for 15 months and my balance hasn't budged!! All of my monthly payment goes to interest. "They bait and switched me!
Overdone fees and charges for no reason other than greed. Dont deal with these people.
Worst customer service ever bounce your account to diff companies and blame problems on each other. Stay Away. Insane wait times for customer service as well.
They are very nice to deal with, but I think I could have done a lot better in regards to interest rates and fees. They charged me an loan origination fee of $1,197.00 plus a very high interest rate. I would have been better off to pay that extra money towards by individual bills.
