Friendly communication and in terms of workmanship, they are well experienced and do a good job.
Please update the opening times if you are not open, I went there the second time, to repair puncture, asked me for £25, in Manchester £5 and Leicester £10. I bought the kit and fixed for £2, what a joke? massive regret moving to Loughborough
Had a puncture repair done, was told to call in at 3:30 I arrived just after, puncture repaired even cleaned the wheel before putting it back on, can’t say I’ve ever had that done anywhere, great service, friendly and affordable garage.
Unfortunately I have to write this unless the owner refunds my money. Last year I had an issue with the back end of the car. I was informed it was a handbrake issue and needed replacement .ie the cables were worn. I paid £300, I called them the following day as it hadn't bedded in, as advised it would and smelt strange at the back end of the car. Booked in for tyre replacement today at 11 am,got there early,place was closed,called 8 times with no answer,so waited 45 minutes,decided to go back to work,then they rang me and said they closed early,ended up arguing about how not to run a business,guy was rude and arrogant and said that’s just the way of the world,never ever go to this Micky Mouse of a so called Business,worst experience in my life.
