Don't buy here. The manager Dave Cameron Russel is a certified con artist and pretends to be an ex-police officer. He creates 99% of the fake reviews on every website you can find. He never did anything for the HOA except for creating illegal rules to ban owners from living in their own homes. Who would ever agree to be kicked out of their over home if they unfortunately got a criminal charge. Might as well flush your $145K down the toilet before buying here. Really nice place to live. Extremely clean quiet and seems to be very well managed. Lots of swimming pools and an amazingly large clubhouse. I couldn't be happier!
I really love living here at Circle Tree. Its so close to the LDS Temple, shopping and restaurants. It is clean and very quiet so unlike our old apartment complex in Scottsdale. The rent is affordable and the place has been updated. I would recommend Circle Tree if your looking for a decent and quiet place to live,
