Checked out this gym for the first time today and it was awesome!!! What a great change of pace,I’m so used to a packed gym and this had maybe 4 people also there kindly quietly working out and cleaning after themselves too - I was shocked! The trainer had so much knowledge to offer and taught me so much. Had a lot to offer too (infrared sauna being my favorite!) what a great find!

I absolutely love this gym. From the moment you walk in, Claude makes you feel welcomed. He knows everyone’s name and always makes sure to say hello and goodbye personally, which says a lot about the kind of atmosphere he has created. The gym is always clean, the equipment is nice, well-kept, and there is plenty of it. I also really appreciate that people are actually there to work out, not just sit around on their phones. Worked out at home for several years and decided to check them out, and signed up day one. All the machines and free weights are well maintained and cared for, with a wide variety as well. Great options to do muscle isolation work. Awesome to have access 24/7. It’s quiet and everyone is respectful. All the staff and the owner and great people, always helpful and supportive of everyone’s fitness journey.

Personal Trainer Aston Washington is incredible. Not only did he help me regain my strength after rotator cuff surgery, but he enabled me to be selected for the U.S. Dragon Boat team. His discernment and patience are just amazing!
