This facility is far too small to house the number of horses that it does. The barn tries to make up for this by pasturing in the riding ring, which makes it impossible to actually ride your horse. There were also a number of occasions where the water tanks were empty, but when I tried to fill them, the owner, Pete, told me off. He also refuses to adjust to horses who have special dietary needs. There are a few horses boarded here who are dangerous (biting, kicking, etc) as well.
