Biggest issue was when we had to leave a day early and they would not refund us for that day. According to the local manager, she had to get approval from her boss, who said 'no'. So she tried to contact the owners, and they would not even return her calls. She tried hard but was very overworked. Website is very misleading. The nice lounge shown doesn't exist. Everything pretty crude.

My sister and I were there for 2 weeks due to a fire.. We saw the manager Renae doing everything with no help.. Even cutting the grass, when a guest drove up she stopped the mower and tended to the guest, You can’t knock one down if she’s the only one doing everything.. These rms allow pets and for owners not to clean after their fur babies it’s on the guest , don’t blame the help! Management is only working with what’s given to her! I will say a couple of good things, the price was very affordable and the location is great. It's really close to Scottsbluff and Chimney Rock if you're passing through. The downside is of course the rooms. If you're paying this price, you shouldn't expect much. We prefer the more budget friendly options almost exclusively, so we know what we're getting into. They gave away my room the night before I got there, so they put us in a room that had no business having someone in it: clogged toilet, soap scum-covered bath. The floor was dirty and sloped to one side of the room.

Clean but it's more like a old time on the hwy motel. A little run down.
