Rooms all have ruko TV air and heat comfortable beds close to stores
Filthy rooms, gaps around door. Left for a couple hours and returned to find a snake in the room. When staff moved bed to look, it smelled like something was dead. Prepaid a week and they refused to give me my money back. Very disgusted by the experience
Biggest issue was when we had to leave a day early and they would not refund us for that day. According to the local manager, she had to get approval from her boss, who said 'no'. So she tried to contact the owners, and they would not even return her calls. She tried hard but was very overworked. Website is very misleading. The nice lounge shown doesn't exist. Everything pretty crude.
