I called a listing agent to ask questions about a triplex for sale and he was completely rude on the phone. I had to immediately stop because of his bad/negative vibes.
This place is disgusting. It took me 3 days to set an appointment despite the urgency and when I finally set one, they didn't even have the decency to commit to it. When I called they explained they were too busy for me. Alma is the worst and they clearly don't value money or your time.--EDIT- They harassed me multiple times saying they were going to get my review removed. Very disappointing services. Went to see an open house hosted by Lorien Olsen on Coldwater Canyon, refused to let anyone see the open house unless they signed a OHNA-SI Form and claim that it was the law and illegal. Clearly this agent doesn't know what she is talking about as that is totally false and on top of that her broker should actually educate agents on what to say or not to say.
