My experience with Adriana Muñoz has been devastating and should serve as a warning to the public. While she was with The Westwood Real Estate Group (and now at Circle Real Estate), Ms. Muñoz engaged in conduct that no licensed agent should ever participate in. I am deeply hurt and disgusted by how this agency treats everyday people. Working with them was an absolute nightmare—empty promises, missed deadlines, and zero transparency from start to finish. When you call them out on their failures, they act like you are beneath them. They treat you like you are 'crazy' for expecting basic honesty. They rely on their high sales volume and corporate privilege to shield themselves and think they can just get every negative review deleted. Worst real estate group ever. Pushed a terrible transaction on us, completely ghosted when things went south, and now they are playing dirty. When I posted my honest feedback, they literally replied accusing me of lying and saying that since my profile shows I live out of state, it’s IMPOSSIBLE for me to do business in their area! Absolutely unprofessional business model. They messed up our files, lacked all basic real estate skills, and left us completely blindsided. But the absolute worst part is how they respond to criticism.
