It makes me sad to make this review but I also want others to not be disappointed with poor customer service. I scheduled appointment 2 weeks ago , my husband took the day off for his birthday and to get our electrical issue taken care of for our safety and business. They called to cancel on short notice and told me I could still get work done if I wanted to pay for overtime ??? Really , why would I pay for overtime pay when I scheduled the appointment . Working with Craig H was a great experience. He took the time to answer all of my questions, even the small ones, and was always fair and honest. From a professional standpoint, and as a business owner myself, he is someone who truly deserves recognition for his work and professionalism. From making the call to the time Craig arrived to problem solve the question of faulty wiring to my well everything occurred timely and efficiently.
