This place used to be good until they switched owners. We gave John and everyone else the benefit of the doubt for way too long. There were so many times when our cars would come back more broken then they were before we brought them in. Each time he would try to convince us that it wasn't their fault and we would look past the dishonesty. Most recently however they have basically broken one of our vehicles (this happened on the lot) and they are now actively trying to deny thier way out of it.
