TV not working, room not clean- hairs on bed and stuck to toilet paper?? Awful experience and Sarah from Help number offer no compensation
The rooms are clean and well maintained. The facilities like gym and pool are great. Views are amazing. Location is fantastic - so central to restaurants, bars, entertainment, and tram lines. It's not too far a walk away from the beach either. The only minor issue it the late 3pm check in.
Love this place with the stylish comfort rooms, magnificent views both days and evenings, beauitful warm weather, with shopping available, popular beach and easy access to dining out, worth every cent coming here to relax.
